By purchasing a day ticket you agree to the terms and conditions and agree to abide by the constitution, rules and by-laws of the club (available online or in the clubhouse).

PLEASE NOTE: When purchasing a Day Ticket you will not receive a physical ticket.

Please keep your PayPal email receipt as proof of purchase as this represents your Day Ticket.

If you do not receive your PayPal receipt please take this up with PayPal.

No refunds are permitted.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DURING SUMMER THE WATER LEVELS AT HILLEND LOCH MAY BE VERY LOW. ANGLERS FISH AT THEIR OWN RISK. NO REFUNDS ON DAY TICKETS ARE PERMITTED.

Terms and Conditions:

- Day tickets are not refundable and are not transferrable.

- Day tickets are valid between 15th March and 6th October (the trout season)

- Day tickets only valid from 7:30am to dusk each day.

- Day tickets are only valid on the day of purchase and if bought before going loch side.

- Day ticket holders are NOT permitted to fish in the Woods area.

- Anglers that are found to be fishing before buying a valid day ticket are subject to the bailiff discretion of either, the angler paying a penalty ticket (online or cash) or, to be reported to the police. Bailiffs are not obliged to sell a lochside ticket.

- The Club reserves the right to refuse a Day Ticket.

- You consent to the club holding your contact details in order to provide services to you.

REMEMBER:

- Please keep your smart phone with you when fishing. You may be asked to provide evidence of the email receipt you will receive after online payment.
