2023 Ballot & AGM

The Committee would like to remind all members than the 2023 AGM will be at,

 7pm on Monday 30^th January 2023 at Caldervale High School Theatre, Towers Rd, Airdrie ML6 8PG. 

There is now an adjustment to the ballot process. It was previously intimated that ballots could be filled out and returned at enrolment as well as at the AGM. Since the AGM precedes the enrolment this year, it has been decided to have ballot returned before or at the AGM. This means that the election of a new Committee will be effective from the date of the AGM. Members are welcome to audit the ballot count at the end of the AGM Meeting.

Ballots returned after the AGM or ballots without the membership number will not be counted. Please respond promptly. (Juniors and Pike only members are not entitled to vote.)

If you plan to attend the AGM then you may vote in person there. Members are only permitted to vote once. If anyone votes more than once then only the first ballot will be counted.

We would very much like all members to respond to the ballot. Please respond by replying to this email with your answers to questions 1,2 and 3.

As agreed at the November 2022 SGM, the ballot questions are limited to those questions already previously intimated to the members. This was done via the enrolment letter. Members can decide if they prefer to respond at the AGM on 30^th January 2023 OR now.
